Delivery
We charge £3.50 for UK-wide postage and packing (ex channel islands). This will be added to your order during checkout. Overseas delivery can also be arranged, please e-mail us and we will get straight back to you.
We will always try to dispatch your order on the day it is received, or next working day, and you should receive it within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us, sometimes things do take a little longer!
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging if possible, with a note explaining your reasons for the return. We will re-imburse you or forward you a replacement. If the item is faulty we will also reimburse the postage cost. We can’t be held responsible for items lost on their way back us, so please obtain proof of posting when returning to us.

In order to process refunds we require your name and address and order number. If the order you are cancelling was placed by any means other than our website, please make that clear when you contact us.
We will refund your payment in full within 30 days of receiving notice of your cancellation - excluding any delivery costs we may have incurred in shipping the goods to you. If you paid by credit or debit card via the website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque, which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
Gift service
We have some lovely baby basket gifts, but actually any of our products can be gift wrapped. Simply choose the “giftwrap” option when you check out, and we will remove the price tag, wrap your items in tissue paper and ribbon, attach your message and mail for you. The gift service costs only £1 extra per item.
