Terms and Conditions

General
The items on this website are offered for sale by Eskaboo Organics. When making your purchases, your contract is with Eskaboo Organics. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eskaboo Organics reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Items on our website
Eskaboo Organics endeavours to ensure that our item descriptions, content and pricing is accurate. If you find an error on this website please contact us and we will rectify it as soon as possible. The product and price information provided on this website may contain accidental inaccuracies or errors. Any liability for these, howsoever arising, is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our prices do not include postage, packing and gift-wrapping.

Accurate representation of item colours is not always possible because of differences in screen resolution and browser display. Should any product received not meet your expectations, you can return it unused within 30 days for exchange or refund. Full details of how to do this are set out under our Delivery, returns and giftwrap tab.
We reserve the right to adjust items and prices on our website at any time. The content of our baby gift baskets may vary regularly. All orders received will be processed at the prices in effect at the time the order was placed.
Eskaboo Organics reserves the right to withdraw or change items offered for sale, and prices at any time.

Your order
Orders are accepted on this website or by e-mail correspondence. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Eskaboo Organics. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason and will not be liable to the party placing the order or to anyone else in these circumstances.

You can e-mail orders to: Sales@Eskaboo-Organics.com. We are not deemed to have accepted your order until we confirm all details and pricing by return e-mail and take your payment.

Secure Payment Online
Eskaboo Organics uses a third party, PayPal, to process your payment by PayPal account or by debit or credit card securely outside of our website. When you select payment, you will leave our site to perform your transaction. Eskaboo Organics used all due diligence in selecting PayPal – a well respected global payment service provider. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or fraudulent activity occurring during your transaction through the PayPal system.

Dispatch
Eskaboo Organics endeavours to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, and dispatch them this day or the following day. However please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. Eskaboo Organics cannot accept liability for delay or non-delivery caused by inaccuracies in information provided by you, or for other factors beyond our control.

Availability
All items offered for sale on the website are subject to availability. We endeavour to remove or clearly mark any item which is out of stock, but occasionally a product you have ordered may actually be out of stock by the time we receive your order. In this case we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option to wait for the item to come back into stock, or to cancel your order for the item and refund you for its cost and postage.

Postage
Through our website we offer standard UK delivery which applies to UK only (ex Channel Islands) and excludes P O boxes. We charge a flat fee of £3.50 per order, however we reserve the right to change this fee under certain circumstances. Items will normally be sent via Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For™ First Class.
Eskaboo Organics will dispatch orders overseas by arrangement. Please e-mail us for details and mailing costs on sales@eskaboo-organics.com. Any taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Eskaboo Organics is not responsible for any charges levied by any card issuer with regards to converting your order total to your local currency.

Privacy
All the personal information you provide will be treated as private and confidential and you are not required to disclose personal data in order to browse our web pages.
When you do provide us with personal data, this is protected on our system in accordance with the UK Data Protection legislation.
Eskaboo Organics does not have access to your personal credit or debit card details as your transactions take place outside of our site.
We will only use your personal information for the following purposes:
• To fulfil your orders
• To provide customer care
• To administer our website
• If ordered to disclose your information by law
• Occasionally to advise you of new products or special offers. You can tell us not to use your data for this purpose by e-mailing us on Enquiries@eskaboo-organics.com.

We will not transfer your data to other parties without your consent.

Complaints
If you have a complaint please email info@Eskaboo-Organics.com. We will endeavour to deal with any complaint within three working days of receiving it. If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately we will keep you informed of the progress of what we are doing to resolve it and aim to bring it to a resolution as soon as possible.

Jurisdiction
The contract will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
